Well hello there, and how’re you today? Hope you’re well and if you’re not then hopefully it’s not as shit as it could be. You may be wondering why I’m so chipper this time round but I have my reasons.

It would be fair (if not an understatement) that I’m not the most positive of people, especially when it comes to myself. So when the summary report about my psychology assessment arrived, I read it and wanted to crawl back into bed.

You ever had one of those days where there’s an impulse to do that cognosticating thigummyjig? Yet you can’t really do that as there’s sort of a mental blockade erected and being manned (and/or womaned) by some pesky metaphorical things?
