A Week In

8 07 2010

And the survey is already showing trends, even wth the small amount of people involved. I was expecting certain trends but I wasn’t expecting the percentages which were far bigger for certain things than I envisaged. Of course it’s still early days but if things continue the way they are then there is going to be huge weight added to some arguements about where care is lacking and what would make for a better service.

As I mentioned there is a lack of numbers. I know that without a good deal of numbers that this survey is doomed, which would be a shame because as far as I know it’s the only one in the UK. So if you’re reading this and know of someone with a mental health diagnosis then please spread the word. If you yourself have a mental health diagnosis then please take the time and hopefully we can make people listen and show what’s needed.

Fingers crossed.
